One time Pet Fee (cat or dog); $125
Cat rent; $25/ month.
Small dog rent; $25/ month.
Medium dog rent; $50/ month.
Renters insurance required.
A picture of each pet is required upon approval
Fish and other animals are allowed pending approval.
